| 目的 了解护理人员对患者安全文化的感知现状,探析安全管理系统中存在的问题,为提高患者的安全提供实证依据。方法 采用调查性研究,以整群抽样法,对上海市某二级甲等医院的265名护理人员进行患者安全文化调查问卷的测试。了解护理人员对患者安全文化的感知现状。收集的数据采用SPSS16.0统计软件分析各维度及条目的积极反应率,以反映安全文化感知现状。结果 265名护理人员对患者安全文化的感知总体积极反应率为59.59%,总均分为3.57±0.44,呈现正向态度。五个维度积极反应率以降序排列依次为单位安全的氛围、团队氛围、对工作的满意、对管理的感受、对压力的认知。其中压力的认知与不良事件报告(反向计分题)积极反应率较低处于负向态度,值得护理管理者的重视。结论 护理人员对患者安全的认知、态度、行为处于较为理想状态,但部分条目感知仍需改进。营造积极的安全文化,构建患者安全平台是护理安全管理的首要措施。 |

| Objective To understand nurses’ cognition of patient safety culture and to analyze the problems in safety management systems so as to provide empirical basis for the improvement of patient safety. Methods 265 nurses in a secondary Grade-A hospital in Shanghai were selected by cluster sampling in the investigational study and were asked to fill in a questionnaire on patient safety culture. The collected data was processed with the software of SPSS16.0 and the positive response rates in all dimensions and entries were analyzed in order to reflect the status quo of cognition of patient safety culture. Results The overall positive response rate of the 265 nurses’ cognition of patient safety culture was 59.59%， and the total average was 3.57±0.44 , thus indicating a positive attitude. The five dimensions in the descending order of the nurses’ responsiveness were safety atmosphere in the work unit, team atmosphere, satisfaction with the work, feelings about management and cognition of pressure. Nevertheless, the positive response rates of pressure cognition and adverse event report (scored reversely) were low and a negative attitude was shown, which was worth the attention of nursing administrators. Conclusion Nurses’ cognition of patient safety culture and attitude toward it are ideal on the whole, but cognition of some entries remains to be improved. To create a positive safety culture and to construct the platform of patient safety are the principal measures for the nursing safety management.
