      目的 通过对国内外风湿科专科护士定义、培养意义、培养现况等方面内容介绍，寻求适合我院风湿科专科护士发展的模式框架。 方法 对国内外风湿科专科护士培养现况进行对比分析。 结果 国外专科护士培养起步早，已形成规范、科学、系统的培训模式，国内风湿科专科护士培养仍然存在许多问题。 结论 通过加强风湿科专科护士理论与实践培养、明确风湿科专科护士的临床使用以及完善风湿科专科护士管理体系等措施，进一步有效提高我院护理服务质量，配合我院 MDT 诊疗团队建设，培养风湿科专科护理人才。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore a model framework suitable for the development of Department of rheumatism nurses in our hospital,to introducing the definition, training significance,the development and other aspects.Methods Comparison and analysis of the current situation of the training of professional nurses in the Department of rheumatism at home and abroad. Results The foreign specialist nurses training started early,had formed a system specification,scientific training mode.There are still many problems in the training of professional nurses in the Department of rheumatism in China. Conclusion The theory and practice of strengthening the Department of rheumatism nurse training, clinical use of clear Department of rheumatism specialized nurse and improve the Department of rheumatism specialized nurse management system and other measures to further improve the quality of nursing service in our hospital, with MDT medical team construction in our hospital, the Department of rheumatism nursing personnel training.
