| 【】 目的：观察中药穴位贴敷在晚期肺癌患者化疗期的临床应用效果。方法：选择2016年8月～2017年7月在我院住院治疗的晚期肺癌患者183例,随机分成治疗组89例和对照组94例,对照组患者在实施化疗方案后进行常规的不良反应治疗和护理,治疗组在对照组的基础上根据患者具体的不良反应增加穴位贴敷治疗。观察2组患者化疗疗程结束后生活质量和护理满意度。结果：两组患者化疗结束后,治疗组患者的生活质量评分(677.5±121.87)优于对照组(716.3±117.45),差异有统计学意义(P= 0.0296),并且治疗组的总健康状况和不良反应症状(疲倦、恶心与呕吐、失眠、便秘、腹泻)评分与对照组差异均有统计学意义(P= 0.0359、0.0495、0.0466、0.0462、0.0468、0.0299),治疗组护理满意度(96.63%)高于对照组护理满意度(90.43%),进一步比较发现,两组患者在护理满意等级分布上存在着差异(P=0.004)。结论：中药穴位贴敷能有效的缓解晚期肺癌患者化疗过程中产生的不良反应,提高患者的总体健康状况及生活质量,同时也能增加患者的护理满意度,降低护理风险。 |

| Aim: To observe the clinical effect of acupoint sticking therapy with patients of advanced lung cancer. Methods: A total of 183 patients were been selected from our hospital in Aug. 2016 to Jul. 2017, and been divided two group (Intervention group: 89 case; control group: 94 case). After treated by the chemotherapy, the adverse events of patients had been cared by conventional method in control group, in the meantime, the patients of intervention group had been cared by acupoint sticking therapy. Living quality and satisfaction of nursing were been counted in all patients. Results : After intervened by acupoint sticking therapy and conventional care, the score of living quality with intervention group(677.5±121.87) were more excellent than control group(716.3±117.45), and the difference was significantly(P= 0.0296). Total health status and adverse events (such as: fatigue, nausea and vomiting, insomnia, constipation, diarrhea.) of intervention group also more excellent than control group, the difference were significant (P= 0.0359、0.0495、0.0466、0.0462、0.0468、0.0299, respectively). The satisfaction of nursing with intervention group(96.63%) was higher than control group(90.43%). Furthermore , we found that there were significant difference between two group in ranked distribution of nursing satisfaction(P=0.004). Conclusion: Acupoint sticking therapy can relax the adverse events with patients of advanced lung cancer after chemotherapy, improve the total health status and living quality. |
