| 目的：此次研究的目的在于探讨一种术中保暖套件对剖宫产产妇术中体温及满意度的影响。方法：将我院2017年3月1日~2017年5月31日的240台剖宫产手术患者，随机分为观察组和对照组各120例，对照组产妇术中实施常规保暖措施，即使用无菌方巾包裹四肢进行保暖的办法。观察组产妇术中实施使用一种术中保暖套件，即双上肢保暖套及双下肢保暖套包裹四肢进行保暖的办法，对比2组产妇的临床实施效果及产妇使用后的满意度。结果：观察组产妇术中体温降低及发生寒战等症状明显低于对照组（P<0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论：在剖宫产术中使用一种术中保暖套件保暖措施，不仅有效地缓解了产妇的发冷发抖的情况，大大增进了产妇的舒适度，同时提高了产妇对手术护理工作的满意度，也大大提高了手术室的护理服务质量，此创新护理服务，因不增加产妇额外费用，值得在手术中大力推广使用。 |

| Purpose：The purpose of this study was to explore an intraoperative thermal suite for cesarean section in maternal surgery
Body temperature and satisfaction. Methods：A total of 240 cases of cesarean section in our hospital from March 1, 2017 to May 31, 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 120 cases in each group. The control group received general warm-keeping during operation, Fungal bags wrapped limbs to keep warm. The observation group maternal intraoperative implementation of the use of an intraoperative warm kit, that is, both upper extremity warm jacket and lower extremity warm package wrapped limbs warm way to compare the two groups of maternal clinical effect and satisfaction after maternal use. Results: The observation group maternal lower body temperature and chills and other symptoms were significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05), the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: In the cesarean section using a thermal insulation kit warm measures, not only effectively alleviate the malaise of chills, greatly improving maternal comfort, while improving maternal satisfaction with the operation of nursing care, but also Greatly improving the quality of nursing services in the operating room.
