      【】目的:探讨呼吸训练联合背景音乐播放对肝脏核磁共振成像增强扫描的效果和患者负性情绪的影响。方法:选取2017年3月至10月笔者医院行肝脏核磁共振检查患者100例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为改良组和常规组,各50例。常规组给予常规护理,改良组给予规范化的呼吸训练及背景音乐播放。对比两组患者心率波动、负性情绪、检查效率、图像质量及检查配合度情况。结果:改良组心率波动频次少于常规组(P<0.05);干预后改良组SAS、SDS评分均低于常规组(P<0.05);改良组检查准备时间及检查时间均少于常规组(P<0.05);改良组检查配合度高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:呼吸训练联合背景音乐播放能有效提高肝脏核磁共振成像质量,提高检查效率,改善患者情绪状态及检查配合度。

      【S】objective:To discuss the effect of respiratory training and background music on image quality of liver MRI examination and negative emotions of patients. Methods: 100 patients with liver MRI examination fromMarch to October in 2017 in author’ hospital were selected and were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given regular care. The experimental group was given respiratory training and background music. The heart rate fluctuation, negative emotion, examination efficiency, image quality and check coordination of the two groups were compared.Results: Fluctuation frequency of heart rate of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, SAS, SDS score of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The preparation time and inspection time of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Cooperation degree of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions: Respiratory training and background music can can effectively improve the MRI quality of the liver, the efficiency of examination, the emotional state of patients and the coordination degree.
