      目的 探讨预防留置导尿漏尿患者适宜的牵引方法,为临床护理工作提供理论依据。方法 采用方便取样法选取扬州大学医学院附属江都人民医院神经内科及老年科2016年11月—2017年11月留置导尿漏尿患者80例,随机分为A组和B组各40例,A组使用直牵法预防漏尿,B组使用侧牵法预防漏尿,观察两组留置导尿漏尿患者漏尿预防效果、发生尿道粘膜压力性损伤情况及患者舒适度。结果 A组病人预防漏尿有效率(97.5%)高于B组(87.5%),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；A组病人发生尿道粘膜压力性损伤为0, B组为15%(P＜0.05),差异有统计学意义；A组病人中、重度不适发生率为17.5%,低于B组的40%(P＜0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论 直牵法在预防留置导尿漏尿的效果、发生尿道粘膜压力性损伤和患者舒适度方面均优于侧牵法。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the appropriate traction method for preventing catheter-involved urinary leakage and provide theoretical basis for clinical nursing. Methods 80 patients with urinary leakage were randomly selected from Department of Neurology and Department of Geriatrics of Jiangdu People"s Hospital of Yangzhou University Medical College from November 2016 to November 2017. They were randomly divided into group A and group B with 40 cases each. Group A used a straight-directed method to prevent leakage of urine. Group B used a laterally-directed method to prevent leakage of urine. The urinary leakage prevention effect, urinary tract mucosal pressure injury, and patient comfort were observed in both groups. Results The efficiency of preventing urinary leakage was higher in group A (97.5%) than in group B (87.5%). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In group A, the urinary tract mucosal pressure injury was 0, and group B was 15% (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant; the incidence of moderate and severe discomfort in group A was 17.5%, which was lower than that in group B (40%) (P<0.05). The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The straight-pulling method was superior to the side-drag method in preventing the indwelling urinary leakage, the urinary mucosal pressure injury and the patient comfort.
