中文摘要:
      目的 探讨中药湿敷联合冷喷在急性湿疹中的应用。方法 选择2016年10月—2017年5月在上海中医药大学附属岳阳中西医结合医院皮肤科住院的急性湿疹患者60例,随机分为观察组30例和对照组30例。对照组采用抗过敏治疗与局部炉甘石洗剂外涂,观察组采用抗过敏治疗与中药湿敷联合冷喷。两组患者治疗2周,比较治疗前后两组患者的护理效果,包括EASI评分、瘙痒视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)、患者满意度及依从性。结果 观察组患者的EASI评分和VAS评分均优于对照组 (p＜0.05),观察组患者的满意度和依从性均优于对照组(p <0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论 中药湿敷联合冷喷治疗急性湿疹的疗效优于局部炉甘石洗剂外涂,值得推广应用。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To investigate the treatment of acute eczema with Chinese traditional medicine wet compress plus cold spray. Methods: 60 cases of acute eczema, hospitalized in Department of Dermatology, Yueyang Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2016 to May 2017, were selected. They were randomly divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). The control group was treated with anti-allergic therapy and Calamine lotion, while the observation group was treated with anti-allergic therapy and Chinese traditional medicine wet compress plus cold spray. After two-days treatment, Nursing effect was compared before and after treatment, including EASI, VAS, patient satisfaction and compliance. Results: Scores of EASI and VAS in observation group are superior to control group (P<0.05). In observation group, the satisfaction and compliance of patients are better than those in control group (P<0.05). Difference between the two groups has statistical significance. Conclusion: the efficacy of Chinese traditional medicine wet compress plus cold spray is better than calamine
