      目的 比较常规氧气瓶和智能氧气瓶在ICU危重症患者转运过程中的安全性,寻找危重症患者转运中最佳的供氧设备。 方法 选取从ICU转至病房的120例患者,将其中使用常规氧气瓶转运的患者设为对照组,使用智能氧气瓶转运的患者设为实验组。持续监测中分别记录转运前、转运中第5分钟、转运中第10分钟、转运中第15分钟和转运后患者的呼吸频率、氧饱和度指标以及两者的变异度,并且对两种供氧设备转换为呼吸机模式的准备时间进行比较。 结果 转运中第5分钟、第10分钟、第15分钟以及转运后两组患者的氧饱和度有统计学差异(P<0.05)。转运整个过程中患者的氧饱和度和呼吸频率变异度有统计学差异(P<0.05)。护士对于两种不同供氧设备转换至呼吸机模式的准备时间有统计学差异(P<0.01)。 结论 危重症患者转运流程中,智能氧气瓶在转运风险、安全管理以及维持生命体征趋势稳定三方面具有优势。对于ICU危重症患者转运更为安全,且切换至呼吸机连接模式操作方便。
英文摘要:
      Objective To compare the safety of using regular oxygen cylinder and smart oxygen cylinder during intrahospital transport,searching for the best oxygen supply equipment. Method 120 patients transported from ICU to general wards are selected for the study and separated into two groups, where the one using regular oxygen cylinder is identified as the control group, and the other using smart oxygen cylinder the experimental group. Oxygen saturation, respiratory rate and degree of variation are continuously monitored before transport, from the fifth minute, the tenth minute, and the fifteenth minute during the transport, and after the transport. Nurses’ preparation time needed to two switch to ventilator connection mode using two different pieces of equipment is also compared. Results The fifth minute, the tenth minute, the fifteenth minute and after the transport, oxygen saturation of the regular oxygen cylinder group and that of the smart oxygen cylinder group shows that there is statistic difference between the data of the two groups (P <0.05). There was a statistically significant difference in coefficient of variation of patient's oxygen saturation and respiratory rate during transport(P<0.05). Nurse preparation time for the two different pieces of oxygen supply equipment switching to ventilator connection mode shows a statistic difference between the two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion Smart oxygen cylinder has the advantage of intrahospital transport risk, safety management and maintaining vital signs stable. And it’s safer for transporting ICU critical patients and enables easier switch to ventilator connection mode.
