      目的 了解慢性心力衰竭患者自我护理能力水平及家庭支持程度状况,并分析二者的相关性。 方法 便利抽样法选取上海市3所三级甲等医院2017年7月至2018年1月收治的120例慢性心力衰竭患者。采用心力衰竭自我护理能力指数量表、家庭支持量表调查患者的自我护理能力及家庭支持程度,并分析二者的相关性。 结果 慢性心力衰竭患者自我护理能力处于中等偏低水平；家庭支持程度处于中等水平。高家庭支持组患者自我护理能力高于中/低家庭支持组患者,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。自我护理能力与家庭支持程度呈正相关(r=0.31,P＜0.05)。结论 家庭支持度对慢性心力衰竭患者的自我护理有一定的促进作用,医护人员应加强家庭支持教育,提高家庭支持力度。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the correlation between self-care ability and family support degree in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods Totally 120 patients from 3 first-class hospitals in Shanghai who had been hospitalized for chronic heart failure between July 2017 to January 2018 were selected. Self-care of Heart Failure Index (SCHFI v6.2) and Perceived Social Support from Family Scale (PSS-Fa) were used to investigate the self-care ability and family support degree, and the relationship between these two. Results The self-care ability of patients with chronic heart failure was at a moderate low level, while the family support degree was in the middle level. The self-care ability of patients with chronic heart failure in the high family support group was much higher than that in the low/middle level group (P＜0.05), and the self-care ability of patients was positive related to family support degree (r=0.31, P < 0.05). Conclusion Family support has a certain influence on the self-care in patients with chronic heart failure. Attention should be paid to strengthen family support education and enhance self-care capability of patients in clinic.
