      目的 分析我国护理人员人文关怀素质及能力培养的研究现状，揭示其特点和研究动态，为今后进一步培养护理人员人文关怀提供参考借鉴。方法 检索CNKI、万方和维普数据库，对符合纳入标准的文献进行计量分析。结果 共纳入97篇文献，纳入的文献主要研究护理人文关怀素质和人文关怀能力培养，从2009年后研究护理人文关怀能力培养的文献数量逐渐增加，研究对象多以在校护生和实习生为主，占50.22%和25.77%。研究类型以类实验研究和随机对照实验最多，分别占60.83%和22.68%。基金资助的文献共32篇，其中84.38%受不同级别的教育基金资助。结论 虽然我国护理人员人文关怀培养已得到重视，但仍存在研究深度不足、相关概念不明确、课程设置和评价方法不统一、教育未普及等问题。如何探索出行之有效的培养护理人员人文关怀的方法，还需进一步加强研究。
英文摘要:
      Objective To analyze the nursing research of humanistic caring and capability in china and to reveal characteristics and trends of research for further research of nursing humanistic care. Methods CNKI，Wanfang Database and VIP databases were used as the source of retrieval. A Bibliometric analysis was conducted for the papers meeting the criterion. Results A total of 97 papers which focused on nursing humanistic caring quality and capability were included. Since 2009, the researches on the cultivation of nursing humanistic care capacity have increased gradually. The research subjects were focused on nursing students and interns, accounting for 50.22% and 25.77%. The most research types were RCT and qRCT, accounting for 60.83% and 22.68%. Thirty two researches were supported by foundation, 84.38% of them were education funds. Conclusions Although the cultivation of humanistic care in nursing field has been taken seriously, some problems were still existed: such as superficial research content, ill-defined relevant concepts, inconsistent training courses and evaluation methods. Explore an effective way in cultivating nurses quality of humanistic care is needed in the future study.
