      目的:探讨姿势矫正镜配合护理监督在中枢性面瘫的临床应用效果。方法:选取2017年10月-2018年3月的脑卒中后中枢性面瘫56例，随机分组，每组28例。对照组给予针灸治疗+面肌运动训练，观察组在对照组的基础上运用姿势矫正镜配合护理监督。比较两组患者治疗总有效率、面神经功能和情绪反应。结果：观察组总有效率为89.29%，高于对照组71.47%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；面神经功能House-Brackmann分级量表观察组均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）均优于对照组，组间比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：姿势矫正镜配合护理监督有利于中枢性面瘫患者面神经功能的康复，有效缓解焦虑、抑郁等情绪，改善心理状态，并提高了护理满意度。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the effect of posture correction mirror combined with nursing supervision in rehabilitation of central facial paralysis. Methods 56 Patients were divided randomly into two equal groups to receive either posture correction mirror combined with nursing supervision (observation group) or conventional management (control group). Then compared the effective rate, facial features and mood. Results The effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (89.29% vs 71.47%)(p＜0.05). House-Brackmann scores, SAS and SDS of observation group were better than those of control group(p＜0.05). Conclusion The results indicated that the method of posture correction mirror combined with nursing supervision was more effective than conventional nursing in the treatment of central facial paralysis for stroke patients.
