      目的 探讨喘息性疾病患儿对居家雾化治疗的依从性及居家雾化效果。方法 选择2017年6月-2017年12月符合居家雾化吸入治疗的喘息性疾病患儿384例,采用随机法分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予居家雾化治疗,对照组给予门诊雾化治疗,对比两组雾化吸入的疗效及患儿雾化依从性的差异。结果 观察组患儿的雾化依从性高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。在相同的治疗时间内两组雾化疗效无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论 两种雾化方式的疗效相同,但居家雾化治疗的喘息性疾病患儿依从性优于门诊雾化,值得临床推广。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the compliance and efficacy of family inhalation therapy in children with asthmatic diseases. Methods 384 Cases of children with asthmatic diseases who accorded with family aerosol inhalation in June 2017 to December 2017, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group received family aerosol inhalation and the control group received outpatient aerosol inhalation. The therapeutic effect and treatment compliance were compared in the two groups. Results The compliance of the children in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P ＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the therapeutic effect between the two groups during the same treatment time(P＞0.05). Conclusion The two types of aerosol inhalation have the same effect.The compliance of the asthmatic children with family aerosol inhalation was better than that of the out-patient,it is worthy of clinical application.
