      【摘要】目的 探讨基于循证的综合护理措施在改善头颈部放疗患者放疗期间口腔健康行为方面的实施效果。方法 在收集证据和分析现状的基础上制订综合护理方案并实施。选择于2016年3—8月在我科行头颈部肿瘤放疗的患者为研究对象，评价综合护理措施实施前（2016年3—4月）及实施后（2016年6—8月）各50例患者的口腔健康行为执行情况和两个阶段的临床护理质量。结果 观察组患者的口腔行为执行率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组护理质量各项指标得分均明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 基于循证的综合护理措施在提高头颈部肿瘤患者口腔健康行为执行率方面有较好的效果，且有助于提高临床护理质量。
英文摘要:
      【Abstract】Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing model in improving oral health behavior of patients undergoing head and neck radiotherapy .Methods Non-probabilistic sampling method was used to select patients who received head and neck tumor radiotherapy in our department from March to August 2016 as the research object. 50 patients who were treated from March to April 2016 as the control group and 50 patients who were treated from June to August 2016 as the observation group. Among them, the patients in the control group were given routine nursing, and the patients in the observation group were given evidence-based nursing. The oral health behaviors of the two groups were observed during radiotherapy, and the clinical nursing quality of the two groups was investigated and evaluated. Results The implementation rate of oral behavior in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After investigation and evaluation, the nursing quality of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the overall nursing quality was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing model has a good effect in improving the implementation rate of oral health behavior of patients with head and neck cancer, and is helpful to improve the quality of nursing.
