| 【】 目的 探讨医院-社区-家庭联动管理在支气管哮喘患儿中的应用与效果评价治。 方法 选择 2016—2017年在我社区接受治疗的支气管哮喘患儿90例,以2016年1—6月45例患者为对照组,以2017年1—6月的45例患者为观察组。对照组接受常规社区治疗护理与健康教育及随访,观察组采用医院-社区-家庭联动管理模式。比较二组患儿干预前后的肺功能指标、哮喘急性发作次数、再就医次数、再入院次数。结果 观察组随访期间的哮喘急性发作次数、再就医次数、再入院次数少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。观察组肺功能指标(PEF%、FEV1%)改善优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论 医院-社区-家庭联动管理能合理利用医疗资源；对改善患儿的肺功能,降低哮喘急性发作、再就医、再入院次数有效果。 |

| [:] objective to evaluate the effect of community-hospital-family collaborated management for Bronchial asthma in children. Methods 90 children with bronchial asthma treated in our community health service center from January to December 2016. 45 children were randomly put into the observation group and the other half in to the control group. The children in the control group were given routine treatment, nursing care, health education and follow-ups while the children in the observation group were managed with community-hospital-family collaborated method. The effects of the two groups including pulmonary function, frequency of acute asthma attacks, re-hospitalization were observed and analyzed. Results The frequency of asthma attacks and re-hospitalization in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The improvement in pulmonary function of children in the observation group was superior to that of the control group, with the difference statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Hospital-community-family collaborated management is beneficial to the rational use of medical resources. this approch is also effctive to the improvement of children"s pulmonary function as well as the reduction of the frequency of acute asthma attacks and re-hospitalization. |
