【】目的:调查低年资护士护理人文关怀品质现状,分析其影响因素。方法:采用整群抽样方法,选取2018年3~5月在我院工作的74名在职低年资护士作为研究对象。采用一般资料问卷、人文关怀品质量表对其进行问卷调查。结果:低年资护士的人文关怀品质总分为(126.08±24.11)分,均分为(4.35±0.83)分,得分率为86.95%。“同事的关心”、“是否参加人文教育培训”对低年资护士护理人文关怀品质得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低年资护士的护理人文关怀品质处于良好水平状态,其中“同事的关心”、“是否参加人文教育培训”是低年资护士护理人文关怀品质得分的主要影响因素。 |

Objective To explore the current situation of nursing humanistic care quality of the Junior nurses and its influence factors. Methods With cluster sampling, 74 junior nurses in our hospital from March to May in 2018 were surveyed by using the general information questionnaire, the Scale of Humanistic Care Quality of Nurses. Results The total score of humanistic caring quality was 126.08±24.11, with a scoring rate of 86.95%. The scores of humane care quality of nurses were significantly influenced by colleagues" care level and training (P<0.05). Conclusion The humanistic care quality of junior nurses are in the good level. Colleagues" care level and training were the significantly factors of the humanistic care quality of the junior nurses. |
