| 目的 探讨微信健康教育在尿道下裂术后患儿居家延续护理的应用价值。 方法 将2017年1~12月我院收治的60例拟行尿道下裂手术的住院患儿,按随机数字表法分为2组,各30例。对照组给予常规的护理和出院指导,实验组基于对照组的措施加用微信平台的健康教育,比较两组家长对患儿术后的疾病护理知识知晓度、状态焦虑值、对延续护理的满意度。结果 两组患儿的年龄、家长的来源地、年龄、学历和出院时焦虑程度无统计学差异(P＞0.05)。干预组家长的患儿术后疾病护理知识知晓度、焦虑程度、对延续护理的满意率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 运用微信实施健康教育对尿道下裂术后患儿的延续护理,能提高患儿家长的疾病护理知识和技能,降低其焦虑程度,提升其满意率。是一种适应当前远程医疗模式、便捷、有效的沟通方式。 |

| Objective: To explore the application value of WeChat health education in the continuous nursing of children with hypospadias.
Methods: Sixty hospitalized children undergoing hypospadias surgery admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. 30 patients in the control group and the experimental group. The control group received routine nursing and discharge guidance, and the experimental group added WeChat platform for health education based on the control group. The prospective comparison of the parents' awareness of disease care knowledge, state anxiety value and continuous care satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.
Results: The children’s age, their parents’ source, age, education and the degree of anxiety level when discharging, were similar (P>0.05). The awareness of postoperative disease nursing knowledge, the degree of anxiety status, and the satisfaction rate of continuing care were better in the intervention group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Using WeChat health education to continue nursing care for parents of children with hypospadias can improve the health care knowledge and skills of parents, reduce their anxiety and improve patient satisfaction rate. It is a convenient, fast and effective communication method that adapts to the current e-medical trend and is worth promoting. |
