      【】 目的 探讨肿瘤患者便秘严重程度与其应用缓泻剂的相关性。方法 采用便利抽样法,收集2017年8月-2018年4月辽宁省某三级甲等医院115例阿片类药物相关性便秘肿瘤患者,包括一般资料、缓泻剂用药相关资料及肿瘤患者阿片类药物相关性便秘评估量表评分。采用Spearman相关分析便秘严重程度与应用缓泻剂的关联性。结果 便秘严重程度(轻、中、重)与缓泻剂应用种类(0、1、2、3、4、5)呈强相关(rs=0.601,P﹤0.000)；与目前用药类型(无、润滑、渗透、刺激、其他)呈弱相关(rs=0.347,P﹤0.000)；与用药频率(无、间断、持续)呈中等正相关(rs=0.451,P﹤0.000)；与用药天数(72.01±239.91)呈强相关(rs=0.636,P﹤0.000)。

      【】 Objective To determine the correlation between the severity of constipation of Cancer Patient and laxative.Methods Convenience sampling method was employed to recruit 115 opioid-induced constipation tumor patient between August,2017 and April,2018 at a tertiary hospital in Liaoning Province ,including normal information, Drugs for laxatives related information and Opioid-induced constipation assessment scale for cancer patients.Spearman correlation analysis of constipation severity and association with laxatives.Results The severity of constipation of(mild, moderate, severe)was strongly correlated(rs=0.601,P﹤0.000) with the type of laxative agent(0、1、2、3、4、5);it was weakly related(rs=0.347,P﹤0.000)with current medication type(No, lubricity, permeability, irritation, other);it was medium positive correlation(rs=0.451,P﹤0.000)with medication frequency(No, intermittent, continuous);and it was strong correlation(rs=0.636,P﹤0.000)with medication days(72.01±239.91).Conclusion Health care workers should pay great attention to the side effects of laxatives, and further standardize the standards and methods of different grades of laxatives for constipation and reduce the severity of constipation.
