      【】 目的 以症状管理理论为指导,构建老年腰椎间盘突出症患者围术期尿失禁护理方案供临床使用。方法 基于文献研究法,初步拟定老年腰椎间盘突出症患者围术期尿失禁护理方案。再遴选10名专家召开专家会议,对初选方案进行修订补充,确定最终方案。结果 构建了一套包括5个维度,93个条目的老年腰椎间盘突出症患者围术期尿失禁护理方案。专家的权威系数为0.93,权威度较高,结果较为可靠。结论 本研究构建的老年腰椎间盘突出症患者围术期尿失禁护理方案能为临床护理人员提供指导和依据。

      【】Objective To construct perioperative nursing care for the elderly lumbar disc disease patients with urinary incontinence symptoms under the guidance of symptom management theory. Method Based on the literature research, to draw up preliminary nursing plan for perioperative urinary incontinence in elderly patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. After that, we will select 10 experts to hold the expert meeting.The experts will revise and supplement the initial plan and finalize the final plan. Result A set of perioperative urinary incontinence care plan for elderly patients with lumbar disc herniation was constructed, including 5 dimensions and 93 items..The authority coefficient of experts is 0.93. The results obtained are authoritative and reliable. Conclusion The nursing program of perioperative urinary incontinence for elderly patients with lumbar disc herniation constructed in this study can provide guidance and basis for clinical nurses.
