      目的 探讨微课结合Mini-CEX评价式教学模式在《院前急救与防灾自救互救术》中的应用效果。方法 采用整群随机抽样的方法,抽取2017年参加《院前急救与防灾自救互救术》课程本科生(400人)为研究对象,随机设甲班(200人)为对照组,采用传统教学方法,乙班(200人)为实验组,采用微课结合Mini-CEX评价式教学方法。课程结束后对两组学生进行成绩考核、Mini-CEX及问卷调查,对比两种教学方法的教学效果。结果 实验组学生的理论成绩、技能成绩及Mini-CEX各项成绩均高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(值均<0.05);问卷调查结果显示,实验组学生对教学效果评分均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论 应用微课结合Mini-CEX评价式教学模式可提高《院前急救与防灾自救互救术》教学效果,值得在教学中推广应用。

      Objective To explore the application effect of micro-course combined with Mini-CEX evaluation teaching mode in "Pre-hospital first aid and disaster prevention self-rescue and mutual rescue". Methods Through the method of cluster random sampling, 400 undergraduate students who participated in the “Pre-hospital first aid and disaster prevention self-rescue and mutual rescue ” course in the year of 2017 were selected as research objects. Class A (n=200) was randomly selected as the control group, and the traditional teaching method was adopted. Class B (n=200) was selected as the experimental group, and the micro-course combined with the Mini-CEX evaluation teaching method was adopted. After the course, the teaching outcomes were evaluated using theory exam, skill test, Mini-CEX and questionaire survey. Results The theoretical scores, skill scores and Mini-CEX scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The results of the questionnaire showed that the students in the experimental group scored better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The micro-course combined with Mini-CEX evaluation teaching mode can improve the teaching effect of " Pre-hospital first aid and disaster prevention self-rescue and mutual rescue ", which is worth of promotion and application in teaching.
