      【】 目的 了解产科护士专业培训现状和需求,为制定产科专业护士临床实训方案提供客观依据。 方法 采用自行设计的调查表,对上海市3所医院272名产科护士进行调查。 结果 有90.44%的产科护士认为非常有必要进行产科专业培训；47.06%的产科护士认为在职培训以不脱产较为合适；83.82%的产科护士赞成每隔1~3个月培训1次；85.7%的产科护士赞成培训时间安排在工作日14:00以后；分别有75.74%和61.76%的产科护士提出培训内容最好偏向于特色护理服务技术和助产护理理论与操作；78.31%的产科护士提出影响参加培训的原因主要是在于工作忙。 结论 结合临床实际情况制定产科护士临床培训方案,通过合理的专业培训方法以达到最高培训效能,提高产科护士的专业工作能力。

      【】 Objective To understand the status and demand of professional training of obstetric nurses, to provide an objective basis for the clinical training plan of obstetric professional nurses. Methods By using self-designed questionnaire in 3 hospitals of Shanghai, 272 obstetric nurses were investigated. Results 90.44% obstetric nurses thought it was very necessary to carry out professional training in obstetrics; 47.06% obstetric nurses thought that on-the-job training was more suitable ;83.82% obstetric nurses were in favor of training every 1~3 months; 85.7% obstetric nurses were in favor of training in the working days after 14:00;75.74% obstetric nurses put forward to the content of training which is biased in the characteristic nursing service;61.76% obstetric nurses put forward to the midwifery nursing theory and practice; 78.31% obstetric nurses raised the main reason for influencing the training was the busy work. Conclusion Combined with clinical practice to set up the obstetric nurse clinical training program.Through the professional and reasonable training methods to achieve maximum training effectiveness and improve the obstetric nurses professional work ability.
