      目的 探讨PBL联合护理助手APP教学对精神科护士评判性思维及教学满意度的影响。方法 选取2017年4月以后在精神科工作的102例名护士为研究对象,采用PBL联合护理助手APP教学,培训时间为12个月。比较护士培训前后的评判性思维能力及教学满意度的变化。结果 培训后,护士在求知欲、寻求真相、开放思想、系统化能力、评判自信心方面的评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训后,护士在提高学习积极性、提高评判性思维能力、提高突发事件应对能力、提供团队协作精神等方面的教学满意度均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL联合护理助手APP教学能够提高精神科护士的评判性思维,强化自身护理质量意识,增强护理教学满意度。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the effect of PBL combined with nursing assistant APP teaching on critical thinking and teaching satisfaction of psychiatric nurses. Methods 102 nurses working in psychiatric department after April 2017 were selected as the research object. PBL combined with APP teaching assistant was used for 12 months. The changes of critical thinking ability and teaching satisfaction before and after nurse training were compared. Results After the training, the scores of nurses in the aspects of curiosity, truth seeking, open thinking, systematic ability and self-confidence were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). After the training, the teaching satisfaction of nurses in improving their learning enthusiasm, critical thinking ability, emergency response ability and team spirit was higher than before (P<0.05). Conclusion PBL combined with APP teaching can improve the critical thinking of psychiatric nurses, strengthen their awareness of nursing quality, and enhance the satisfaction of nursing teaching.
