      目的 调查癫痫患者服药依从性、药物信念的现状，分析两者之间的相关性，为临床干预方案的制定提供参考。方法 于2018年1-8月采用方便抽样的方法，选取上海市某二级甲等医院神经外科门诊就诊的200例癫痫患者作为研究对象，采用Morisky服药依从性量表、药物信念问卷进行问卷调查。结果 癫痫患者服药依从性得分为（5.98±1.63）分，药物必要性得分为（3.13±0.61）分，顾虑得分为（3.30±0.57）分，NCD得分为（-0.167±0.907）分，显示癫痫患者服药依从性较低；且癫痫患者服药依从性与药物必要性呈正相关（r=0.564，p＜0.01）、与药物顾虑呈负相关（r=-0.459，p＜0.01）、与NCD呈正相关（r=0.673，p＜0.01）。结论 癫痫患者服药必要性感知越低，顾虑感知越高，则服药依从性越低。医务人员应帮助患者树立对药物的正确认知，提高服药依从性，从而减小疾病对患者生活造成的不良影响。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the status of medication adherence and drug belief level in patients with epilepsy and to analyze the correlation between them, in order to provide evidence for the development of clinical intervention programs. Methods From January to August 2018, 200 cases of patients with epilepsy who were treated by neurosurgery clinic in a second-class hospital in Shanghai were selected as subjects. The Morisky medication adherence scale and the drug belief questionnaire were used for questionnaire survey. Results The adherence score of patients with epilepsy was (5.98±1.63), the score of drug necessity was (3.13±0.61), the score of concern was (3.30±0.57), and the score of NCD was (-0.167±0.907). It shows that patients with epilepsy have lower medication adherence. The adherence of patients with epilepsy was positively correlated with drug necessity (r=0.564，p＜0.01), negatively correlated with drug concerns (r=-0.459，p＜0.01), and positively correlated with NCD (r=0.673, p<0.01). Conclusion The lower the awareness of drug necessity in patients with epilepsy, the higher the concern, the lower the medication adherence. Medical staff should help patients establish a correct understanding of the drug, improve medication compliance, and thus reduce the adverse effects of the disease on patients.
