      目的:探讨社会支持水平与事件影响程度对群体伤患者创伤后成长的影响。方法:采用便利抽样法,选取2017年1月至2018年9月在我院急诊科治疗的群体伤患者253例,采用创伤后成长问卷(the Post-traumatic Growth Inventory,PTGI)、社会支持评定量表(Social Support Rating Scale,SSRS)、事件影响程度量表(Impact of Event Scale-Revised,IES-R)进行调查。结果:253例群体伤患者PTGI得分为(64.42±11.23),IES-R得分为(31.62±13.25),SSRS得分为(40.24±8.84);SSRS总分及各维度得分、IES-R总分及各维度得分均与PTGI得分存在正相关(P<0.05);SSRS总分是IES-R总分与PTGI总分的中介变量,其效应值占总效应的41.32%。结论:群体伤患者的创伤后成长状况较好,事件影响程度、社会支持水平与创伤后成长存在正相关,且社会支持水平是事件影响程度与创伤后成长的中介变量,在促进患者创伤后成长中发挥重要作用。

      【】Objective. To investigate the effects of social support level and impact of event on posttraumatic growth in mass trauma patients. Methods:253 mass trauma patients in our hospital from Jan 2017 to Sep 2018 were selected by convenience sampling, and assessed with the Post-traumatic Growth Inventory(PTGI), Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),Impact of Event Scale-Revised(IES-R). Results: the total score of PTGI in the patients was (64.42±11.23), the total score of IES-R was (31.62±13.25), the total score of was SSRS (40.24±8.84). the total score and dimension scores of SSRS , the total score and dimension scores of IES-R were positively correlated with the score of PTGI(P<0.05).the total score of SSRS was a mediating variable between the total score of IES-R and the total score of PTGI, It effect value accounted 41.32% of the total effect. Conclusion. The level of posttraumatic growth in mass trauma patients is good, social support level and impact of event is positively correlated with posttraumatic growth, and social support is a mediating variable between impact of event and posttraumatic growth, plays an important role in promoting posttraumatic growth.
