      目的 观察珍龙膏联合雷火灸治疗压疮的临床疗效及安全性,为临床治疗压疮提供新思路。方法 将38例压疮患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各19例。对照组采用常规综合治疗方法,观察组采用珍龙膏外用联合雷火灸治疗的方法,分别干预2周,观察两组患者的压疮愈合计分(PUSH)、疼痛评分(VAS)、安全性评价。结果 干预后观察组PUSH评分、VAS评分均低于对照,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组均未发生不良反应。结论 珍龙膏联合雷火灸治疗压疮临床疗效明显,无毒副作用,值得临床应用及推广。
英文摘要:
      Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of zhenlong paste combined with thunder and fire moxibustion in the treatment of pressure ulcer, and to provide a new idea for the clinical treatment of pressure ulcer. Methods 38 patients with pressure ulcer were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table, 19 patients in each group. In the control group, conventional comprehensive treatment was adopted, and the observation group was treated with external use of zhenlong paste and combined with thunder and fire moxibustion for 2 weeks, respectively. Pressure sore healing score (PUSH), pain score (VAS) and safety evaluation were observed in the two groups. Results PUSH score and VAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after intervention, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). No adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion Zhenlong paste combined with thunder and fire moxibustion is effective with no toxin side effect in treating pressure ulcers,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
