【】目的分析硬质容器使用中出现的常见问题及其原因,寻求相应的防范措施。方法分析2016年我院硬质容器使用中出现的问题,发现主要问题为湿包及无菌屏障破坏或可能破坏,并采取了相应的对策。结果改进灭菌后冷却时间判断标准,通过应用红外线测温仪测量硬质容器表面温度接近或等同于温室作为冷却标准,分析改进前后湿包发生情况有明显改善(p<0.05)；通过规范滤膜、卡圈、自毁锁安装操作,分析改进前后无菌屏障破坏或可能破坏发生情况有明显改善(p<0.05)。结论改进灭菌后冷却时间判断标准,规范滤膜、卡圈、自毁锁安装操作能有效改善硬质容器湿包及无菌屏障破坏或可能破坏情况。

【】Objective To analyze the issue and reason for using rigid container, and find out the actions for prevent these issues. Methods Analyze the problem which taken place for 2016 whole year in rigid container, and find out the mainly problem for wet pack and sterilized barrier broken, then take the action for these. Results Increase the cool time for after sterilization, using the temperature machine for infrared ray to measure the surface temperature for rigid container to equal the indoor temperature as standard(p<0.05). After adjusting the filter, press circle, self-locker process for operation, to analyze the result for difference(p<0.05). Conclusion Improve the cool time for after sterilization and collect the standard for adjusting the filter, press circle, self-locker, will obviously solve the problem for wet pack and strengthen the sterilized barrier.
