| [摘要] 目的：分析护生临床实习前强化训练的研究现状、存在的问题，为进一步完善护生实习前强化训练提供参考依据。 方法：以CNKIE-Study为研究工具，检索时间至2017年12月，检索查重后进行人工阅读，根据纳入排除标准进行筛选，对符合要求的文献进行描述性分析。结果：最终纳入全文431篇，2005年起相关文献开始稳步增长；资金资助占文献总量的13.46%；收录期刊共142种，其中10种期刊登载文献量累计约达总文献量一半；发文数和被引量远低于高产作者要求；研究类型、培训内容相对丰富，但有待进一步完善；学校、医院成为主要研究力量，但各研究机构关注的重点内容不同。结论：护生综合能力的培训及护生心理状态的变化越来越被重视，情景模拟角色扮演法应用于强化训练成为研究热点，院校联合开展强化训练模式成为发展趋势。建议在未来的研究过程中医院、学校积极探索规范化的培训模式以及培训内容的制定，在不断的积累中逐渐建立起研究核心群，以科学的研究成果来指导实习前强化训练的开展。 |

| [Abstract] Objective: Base on CNKI, this article analyzes the current status and existing problems about intensive training for nursing Students before internship research, in order to provide reference for development of intensive training in the future．Methods:CNKI E-Study was used as a research tool，Search time is up to December 2017. After rechecking and filtering，we carry out manual read． According to inclusion and exclusion criteria,the internal and external characteristics of the documents that meet the requirements are described.Results:We got 431 papers which meet with the requirement．The related literature started to grow at 2005． 13.46% papers were funded．A total of 142 journals were included, of which 10 journals accounted for about half of the total volume of literature. Issued count and the cited amount are also far lower than the high yielding authors．Although research type and training content are relatively rich, but need to be further improved.Schools and hospitals have become the main force of the research, but they pay different attention to the key contents. Conclusion:More and more attention has been paid to the training of nursing students' comprehensive ability and the change of their psychological state. The application of scenario simulation method in intensive training has become a research hotspot,and the joint development of intensive training mode in hospitals and universities has become a trend. It is suggested that hospitals and schools actively explore the standardized training Mode and content in the future research , gradually establish the research core group in the continuous accumulation, and guide the development of Pre-internship intensive training with scientific research results. |
