目的 通过调查2型糖尿病患者对互联网健康教育的真实看法,了解2型糖尿病患者对于互联网教育的需求和期望。方法 采用深度访谈法收集14例2型糖尿病患者的资料,运用现象学分析方法进行分析。结果2型糖尿病患者对互联网教育的需求提炼为3大主题:互联网健康教育内容;互联网健康教育方式;互联网教育的阻力因素。结论 互联网健康教育平台的设计应建立在充分了解患者需求的基础上,内容设计应满足患者对糖尿病相关知识的需求,注重诊疗新进展的分享和糖尿病患者的心理疏导,同时软件教育形式多样化并能够尽可能的克服互联网教育的阻力因素,满足患者的需要。 |

Objective To understand the needs and expectations of type 2 diabetes patients for Internet through the real opinions of type 2 diabetes patients on Internet education. Methods In-depth interview were conducted on 14 patients with type 2 diabetes. Results Interviewing date were identified as 3 categories describing the demand of type 2 diabetes patients for Internet education: Internet health education content; Internet health education mode; Internet education resistance factors. Conclusion The design of Internet health education platform should be based on the full understanding of patients" needs and meeting patients" needs. |
