该研究以老年患者身心特点为切入点分析易引起老年乳腺癌患者术后住院期间不良事件的潜在危险因素,并归纳了老年患者术后常见在院不良事件包括跌倒、深静脉血栓、切口愈合不良的预防措施和护理要点,为提高医护人员对老年乳腺癌术后住院不良事件的重视,做好危险因素评估,实施全面有效的预防措施,避免不良事件的发生,促进术后康复。

英文摘要:

By analyzing the physical and mental characteristics in elderly patients with breast cancer, this article concludes the potential risk factors that may cause postoperative adverse events and indicates the proper preventive measures for the most common postoperative adverse events in elderly hospitalized breast cancer patients such as falls, deep venous thrombosis and poor surgical site healing. It provides the main points of evaluation and the effective care measures in order to enhance medical staff’s attention to the elderly breast cancer patients’postoperative adverse events, avoid the occurence of adverse events and promote their postoperative rehabilitation.
