| 目的：探讨产妇归因风格与产后抑郁的关系,为产后抑郁的预防及干预提供相关依据。方法：运用产妇一般资料调查表,归因方式问卷及爱丁堡产后抑郁量表,采用便利抽样法对某三级甲等医院产后42-60天复查的237名产妇进行问卷调查,根据是否存在产后抑郁分成抑郁组和非抑郁组,比较两组归因方式量表得分上的差别,然后进行归因方式评分与EPDS评分的相关性分析和多元线性回归分析,探讨归因方式总得分及各维度得分与EPDS评分的关系。结果：产后抑郁阳性率为15.19%。抑郁组在归因方式总体得分、各维度得分上均显著高于非抑郁组。EPDS评分与归因方式评分及各维度评分均显著相关,多元线性回归分析显示归因方式得分与持久性得分是产后抑郁最重要的影响因素。结论：产妇的归因方式是产后抑郁的影响因素,可一定程度上预测产后抑郁的发生及程度。 |

| Objective：To explore the relationship between maternal’s attribution style and postpartum depression,and provide relevant evidence for prevention and intervention of postpartum depression..Methods：Use general date questionnaire, maternal’s attribution style questionnaire and Edinburgh postpartum depression scale,the convenience sampling method was adopted , 237 women of a certain level of first-class hospital,who were postpartum 42-60 days to review had done the questionnaire ,according to the presence of postpartum depression is divided into the depression group and non- depression group.Compareed attribution style scale score of two groups ,analysis the correlation between attribution style’s score and EDPS score and carried on multivariate liner regression analysis,discusses the relationship with the total score, each dimension‘s score and EDPS score..Results：The positive rate of postpartum depression was 15.19%。The total score and each dimension‘s scores of depression group were significantly higher than the non- depression group。EPDS score was significantly correlated with attributional style‘s total score and each dimension‘s scores,and multivariate liner regression analysis show that attributional style‘s score and persistence score were the most important influencing factors for postpartum depression.Conclusions： The maternal’s attributional style of was the influencing factor of postpartum depression,which can predicted the occurrence and degree of postpartum depression. |
