      【】总结了我院32例应用3D打印技术导航骶神经调控术治疗慢性非梗阻性尿潴留患者围术期的护理。护理要点：术前做好患者的心理评估与术前准备,协助医生为患者进行模拟定位；术中协助为患者保持体位,监测生命体征；术后做好病情观察及并发症的护理,并采集数据,做好出院指导与随访。本组32例患者均完成3D打印导航骶神经调控术,未出现血管、神经损伤、感染等并发症。其中28例成功转化2期永久骶神经刺激置入,转化率为87.5%,恢复良好出院。

      【】Summarized the perioperative nursing care of 32 patients with chronic non-obstructive urinary retention treated by Sacral neuromodulation through 3D printing technology navigation in our hospital. Nursing essentials: preoperative psychological assessment and preparation of patients, assisting with doctors to conduct simulated positioning; Intraoperative assistance to maintain posture for patients, monitoring vital signs; Postoperative observation and nursing care of complications ,collect data, discharge guidance and follow-up. All of the 32 patients in this group completed 3D printing navigation of sacral neuromodulation, without complications such as vascular, nerve injury and infection. Among them,28 patients were successfully converted into 2 stages ,the conversion rate of 87.5%, and recovered well.
