| 【摘要】 目的 探讨指尖离断吻合静脉重建指尖再植回流的康复护理方法。方法 选取2016年06月至2018年06月在我院成功行指尖离断再植的患者61例，将2016年06月至2017年06月的30例患者设为对照组，进行术后随访调查；将2017年07月至2018年06月的31例患者设为观察组，术后随访6个月，与回顾随访的30例患者进行对比。对照组采用术后常规护理措施，观察组在此基础上采用术后早期氧疗、生理盐水点滴、口服抗凝药物应用联合早期感觉功能恢复训练、关节功能训练、压力指套消肿和瘢痕按摩等康复护理措施。结果 对照组和观察组术后随访6个月进行比较，观察组单纤维感觉、两点辨别觉明显优于对照组，观察组瘢痕情况轻于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 指尖离断行静脉吻合再植术后及时有效的康复护理措施是康复的关键，能为临床护理工作提供经验，本康复护理策略的一系列措施有利于提高再植指尖的存活质量。 |

| Objective To explore optimal rehabilitation?nursing strategies for patients underwent finger veins anastomosis to restore venous return of severed fingertip. Methods We retrospectively studied 61 patients who underwent successful severed fingertip replantation in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018. 30 patients admitted from June 2016 to June 2017 who received regular post-replantation rehabilitation nursing strategy are set as the control group and the other 31 patients admitted from July 2017 to June 2018 who received enhanced post- replantation rehabilitation nursing strategy are set as the observation group. All patients were followed up for 6 months. An enhanced post-replantation rehabilitation nursing strategy is composed of early oxygen therapy, normal saline infusion, oral anticoagulants, early sensory function rehabilitation, joint function rehabilitation, pressurized finger condom and scar massage besides regular practice. Results All the patients were followed up for 6 months. The observation group had better outcomes than the control group in Semmes-Weinstein monofilament test, two-point discrimination and Vancouver Scar Scale score(P<0.05). Conclusions Optimal rehabilitation?nursing strategies are crucial for the rehabilitation of patients underwent finger veins anastomosis to restore venous return of severed fingertip. And an enhanced post-replantation rehabilitation nursing strategy could improve outcomes of severed fingertip replantation. |
