      目的：对比两种咀嚼能力评估方法在对老年人群运用中的差异,找出更适合临床使用的咀嚼能力评估方法。方法：选取本院2018年1月～2018年6月经门诊收入老年科病区患者40例,同时使用咀嚼花生法和软件色彩分析法两种方法对每一位患者进行咀嚼能力评估,并记录评估结果、操作时间、费用成本、安全性、患者接受程度。结果：两种评估方法在评估结果、安全性、患者接受程度方面没有差异；软件色彩分析法较咀嚼花生法操作所用时间短、费用成本低。结论：两种咀嚼能力评估方法在临床使用中都需要承担一定的成本,相较之下软件色彩分析法在运用时操作简便耗时较少,几本不需要购置的特殊设备,耗材便宜易保存,并且评估结果与咀嚼花生法一致、操作安全、老年患者接受程度好,是临床更优的选择,值得推荐。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To compare the differences between the two chewing ability assessment methods in the application of the elderly population, and to find a more suitable chewing ability assessment method for clinical use. Methods: Forty patients with geriatric wards in the outpatient department from January 2018 to June 2018 were enrolled in the hospital. Both chewing peanuts and software color analysis were used to evaluate the masticatory ability of each patient. Results, operating time, cost, safety, patient acceptance. RESULTS: There was no difference in the evaluation results, safety, and patient acceptance between the two evaluation methods; the software color analysis method was shorter than the chewing peanut method and the cost was low. Conclusion: Both methods of chewing ability need to bear certain costs in clinical use. In contrast, software color analysis is less convenient and less time-consuming to operate, and there are several special equipments that do not need to be purchased. The consumables are cheap and easy to store. And the evaluation results are consistent with the chewing peanut method, safe operation, and good acceptance of elderly patients, which is a better clinical choice and is worthy of recommendation.
