中文摘要:

本文从翻转课堂的概念、特点及制作,几个方面归纳了翻转课堂在我国护生实习带教中的现状。相对于常规课堂,翻转课堂对带教老师、护生自觉能力都提出了高要求。翻转课堂的应用是一种新的教学模式,旨在推进教学多样化,把课堂还给学生,让学习方式更加的有趣、有效率,更能激发学生的学习兴趣。从而形成以发现为主的知识建构,提高教学时效比,促进教学质量的提高。

英文摘要:

this article summarizes the present situation of flipping classroom in practice teaching of nursing students in our country from the concept, production and effect of flipping classroom. Compared with the conventional classroom, the flipping class has high requirements for teaching teachers and nursing students" self-consciousness ability. The application of flipping classroom is a new teaching mode, which aims to promote the diversification of teaching, return the classroom to the students, and make the learning style more interesting and efficient. It can stimulate students" interest in learning. Thus, knowledge construction based on discovery can be formed, teaching efficiency ratio can be improved, and teaching quality will be improved.
