      目的 应用SEM结构方程验证患者参与用药安全量表在恶性肿瘤患者中应用的结构效度,以明确其在肿瘤患者用药安全行为测量的有效性。方法 应用便利抽样的方法,选取在广西某三级甲等医院肿瘤科就诊的恶性肿瘤患者169例,采用患者参与用药安全行为量表进行评估,并应用SEM结构方程从基本适配度指标、整体模型适配度指标、模型内在结构适配度指标来验证性分析患者参与用药安全行为量表的结构效度。结果 修正后量表的基本适配度指标基本达标;最终模型整体适配度指标分别为:χ2/df=2.425,RMSEA=0.049,GFI=0.837,CFI=0.904,PGFI=0.669,23个条目的因子载荷分布在0.450~0.711之间;模型内在结构适配度:3个维度组合信度为0.801~0.823,各维度在受限模型及非受限模型的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 患者参与用药安全行为量表除条目25的维度归属需要进一步研究外,量表的基本适配度、整体模型适配度及模型内在结构适配度均基本达标,可以用于恶性肿瘤患者临床用药安全行为测量和评估。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To verify the structural validity of the parent-drug safety scale in malignant tumor patients using SEM structural equation, so as to clarify its effectiveness in the measurement of drug safety behavior in cancer patients. Method: Convenience sampling method, choose a first-class ternary hospitals in guangxi oncology clinic of 169 patients with malignant tumor, to evaluate the patients involved in drug safety behavior scale, and using SEM structural equation from the basic adaptation degree index, whole model adaptation degree index and internal structure model adaptation degree index analysis to verify the patients involved in the drug safety behavior scale structure validity. Results: The basic adaptation index of the revised scale is basically up to the standard. The overall fitness indexes of the final model were: χ2/df=2.425, RMSEA=0.049, GFI=0.837, CFI=0.904, PGFI=0.669. The factor loads of 23 items were distributed between 0.450 and 0.711. Internal structural adaptability of the model: the combined reliability of the three dimensions was 0.801 ~ 0.823, and the difference between the restricted model and the unrestricted model in each dimension was statistically significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion: In addition to the dimensional attribution of item 25, the basic suitability of the scale, the overall model suitability and the internal structure suitability of the model are all up to the standard, which can be used to measure and evaluate the clinical medication safety behavior of patients with malignant tumors.
