| 目的 系统分析我国围手术期营养研究的发展态势,为今后的临床护理研究提供参考。方法 检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI),查阅2000年—2018年收录的文献,在“主题”精确检索“营养”与“手术”与“护理”。对2000年—2018年国内围手术期营养护理相关的文献进行统计分析。结果 纳入文献共1295篇,分别发表在120种期刊上,文献数量在2011年呈稳健上升趋势,2014年达到最高峰；作者研究单位以临床医疗机构为主；仅有79篇(6.1%)论文受基金资助；研究关键词共词分析来看,围手术期营养的关键信息聚焦热点主要集中于疾病、肠内外营养、快速康复外科等内容。结论 营养文献的文章总体呈现上升与稳定的趋势,但是高质量高规格的文献,特别是有关围手术期营养护理问题的文献仍然甚少,且较零散或依托于医疗之后,或针对疾病本身开展,未能形成以围手术期营养问题本身的护理路径或系统化护理。尚需加强相关的高质量科研论文的产出,探索更多、更好的临床护理体系,更好地为临床提供循证依据。 |

| Objective To systematically analyze the development trend of perioperative nutrition research in China, and provide reference for future clinical nursing research. Methods The Chinese Journal Full-text Database (CNKI) was searched, and the literatures collected from 2000 to 2018 were searched for “nutrition” and “surgery” and “care” in the “subject”. Statistical analysis was carried out on the literature related to perioperative nutritional care from 2000 to 2018. Results A total of 1295 articles were included in the literature, which were published in 120 journals. The number of documents showed a steady upward trend in 2011 and reached the highest peak in 2014. The author"s research units are mainly clinical medical institutions; only 79 papers (6.1%) Funded by the fund; research Keywordanalysis of common words, the key information focus of perioperative nutrition focuses on diseases, enteral nutrition, rapid rehabilitation surgery and so on. Conclusion The articles in the nutrition literature generally show a rising and stable trend, but the literature on high quality and high specification, especially the literature on perioperative nutritional nursing problems, is still very few, and it is more scattered or dependent on medical treatment, or for the disease itself. Failure to form a nursing pathway or systematic care with perioperative nutritional problems. It is still necessary to strengthen the output of relevant high-quality scientific research papers, explore more and better clinical nursing systems, and better provide evidence-based evidence for clinical. |
