目的 探讨基于岗位需求的信息系统培训课程在新护士岗前培训中的应用效果。方法 将2017年42名新入职护士作为对照组,将2018年38名新入职护士作为试验组,对照组实施传统的岗前培训计划,实验组在传统岗前培训计划内容上增加基于岗位需求的医院信息系统培训课程;比较两组护士的理论和操作考核成绩和新护士岗位核心胜任力。结果 两组护士的理论和操作考核成绩无显著差异性(P>0.05),实验组新护士岗位核心胜任力明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在新护士岗前培训内容中纳入基于岗位需求的医院信息系统培训课程,能有效地提高新护士岗位核心胜任力。 |

Objective: Exploring the application effect of the information system training course based on job requirements in the pre-job training of new nurses. Methods: In 2017, 42 new nurses were used as the control group, 38 new nurses in 2018 were used as the experimental group, and the control group implemented the traditional pre-job training program. The experimental group added a hospital information system training course based on job requirements in the content of the traditional pre-job training program; compared the theoretical and operational assessment scores of the two groups of nurses and the core competency of the new nurses. Results: There was no significant difference in the theoretical and operational assessment scores between the two groups of nurses (P>0.05). The core competence of the new nurses in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Incorporating a hospital information system training course based on job requirements in the pre-job training content of the new nurse can effectively improve the core competency of the new nurse position. |
