      目的 描述上海市年轻艾滋病患者歧视感知度的现状，确定上海市年轻艾滋病患者歧视感知度的相关因素。方法 采用按入选标准连续抽样，选取 150 例上海市公共临床卫生中心就诊的年轻艾滋病患者（18-35岁）为研究对象，采用 HIV 每日歧视量表对其进行调查。结果 上海市年轻艾滋病患者的歧视得分的中位数为 38（P25-33，P75-40），提示患者报告的感知歧视水平并不高。其中，教育程度和身体状况等是上海市年轻艾滋病患者感知歧视的影响因素。 结论 上海市年轻艾滋病患者总体歧视感知度处于较低水平，但可能是受所选的研究工具敏感性不够、患者确实歧视感知度较低以及对自身隐私保护的迫切需求等因素影响所致。因此，医护人员应对相关影响因素进行干预，以期为临床护理和护理科研提供指导。
英文摘要:
      Objective:To describe the current circumstances of the discriminative degree of young AIDS patients in Shanghai；to confirm the relative factors that influence the discriminative degree among targeted patients. Methods：A consistent sample according to inclusion criteria consisting of 150 young AIDS patients(18-35 years old) from Shanghai public clinical health center were invited to finish HIV daily discrimination scale. Results：The median is 38（P25-33,P75-40），which means the low degree of discrimination of young AIDS patients；Among those factors，the level of education and the state of physical health exert certain effects on discriminative degree of young AIDS patients in Shanghai. Conclusion: The overall discriminative degree of young AIDS patients remains at a low level, but our tool for investigation isn’t sensitive enough, our patients experience low degree of discrimination, and patients need protection of privacy. So the medical staff should take actions to intervene influential factors for the purpose of providing assistance for clinical nursing and nursing research.
