袋鼠式护理在早产儿临床护理中作用显著，且该护理的实施方法及辅助工具在不断改进。目前，关于袋鼠式护理对父母及家庭影响的研究并不多。本文就袋鼠式护理的定义、实施方式、实施过程中对家庭的影响及实施中存在的问题进行综述，并提出针对性的建议，以期为袋鼠式护理在我国的进一步发展提供指导和帮助。

英文摘要:

Kangaroo nursing is of great value in the clinical nursing of premature infants, and its implementation methods and related assistant tools are constantly improving. It is worth learning and learning. Moreover, there are few studies focusing on the impact of kangaroo nursing on parents and families. Therefore, this article reviews the current situation of the implementation of this nursing method, the impact on parents and families of premature infants, and the problems in the implementation process, and puts forward corresponding suggestions according to the shortcomings, in order to provide guidance and help for the further practice of kangaroo care in China.
