      [目的]探讨合理情绪疗法结合团体自助模式在心理课堂教学改革中的效果以及对大学生心理韧性、非理性信念及焦虑水平的影响。[方法]选取我校96名大一本科生作为研究对象,2017级51名学生为对照组,采用传统教学模式;2018级45名学生为教改组,采用合理情绪疗法结合团体自助模式组织教学。课程结束后,实施考核并发放问卷了解学生对心理课程学习的满意度、学习效果自我评价、心理韧性水平、非理性信念水平和焦虑水平。[结果]教改组学生在理论考核成绩、教学满意度、学习效果自我评价、心理韧性水平3方面均优于对照组,而非理性信念水平和焦虑水平2方面均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]合理情绪疗法结合团体自助式心理辅导课堂有利于激发大学生对心理学的学习兴趣,提高大学生关注自身心理健康的意识,有助于培养大学生的心理韧性,同时可有效降低大学生非理性信念水平和焦虑水平。
英文摘要:
      [Objective] Exploring the effect of psychological resilience, irrational beliefs and anxiety level of college students by using rational emotional therapy combined with group self-help model in the psychological classroom reform. [Method] Ninety-six freshmen in our university were selected as the research object, 51 students in 2017 as the Control Group, using traditional education model; 45 students in 2018 as the Education Reform Group, using rational emotional therapy combined with group self-help model to organize teaching. After the course, implementing examination and questionnaire to know if there is any difference between the two groups in the satisfaction degree, self-evaluation of learning effect, the level of psychological resilience, irrational beliefs and anxiety. [Result] The data results of two groups have statistical significance (P<0.05 or P<0.01) .The theoretical examination scores, satisfaction with teaching methods, self-evaluation of learning effect, psychological resilience level of the students in the Education Reform Group were better than those of the Control Group, but the level of irrational belief and anxiety were lower than those of the Control Group. [Conclusion] Rational emotional therapy combined with group self-help model in the psychological classroom can stimulate college students" interests in learning psychology, improve their awareness of paying attention to their own mental health, help to cultivate their psychological resilience, and effectively reduce their irrational belief level and anxiety level.
