      摘要：目的 探讨取穴大肠、直肠下段、三焦和神门埋豆对痔术后排便困难的治疗效果。方法 选取2018年9月—2019年4月收治于我院中医住院痔手术后患者80例,随机分为两组，治疗组和对照组,每组各40人。对照组实施常规护理，治疗组在此基础上取穴大肠、直肠下段、三焦和神门耳穴埋豆治疗，比较两组患者术后排便情况和住院满意度。结果 两组患者在术后排便困难的治愈率、好转率及未愈率的比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患者在住院满意度的比较, 差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 取穴大肠、直肠下段、三焦和神门埋豆能有效缓解痔术后的排便困难,提高患者满意度。
英文摘要:
      Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of point selection of large intestine, lower rectum segment, sanjiao and shenmen buried beans in the treatment of defecation difficulty after hemorrhoid surgery. Methods 80 cases of hemorrhoids patients admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group, with 40 patients in each group. Control group to implement routine nursing, treatment group on the basis of the point large intestine, rectal lower segment, sanjiao and shenmen ear points buried bean treatment, compared the two groups of patients after defecation and hospitalization satisfaction. Results There were statistically significant differences in the cure rate, good rate and uncured rate of postoperative defecation difficulty between the two groups (P<0.05). There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Point selection of large intestine, lower rectum, sanjiao and shenmen buried beans can effectively relieve the difficulty of defecation after hemorrhoid surgery and improve the satisfaction of patients.
