      【摘要】 目的 构建敏感、科学、有针对性的心脏介入护理敏感质量指标体系，为心脏介入护理质量评价与监测提供科学、客观及量化的依据。方法 在三维质量结构理论基础上,采用文献分析法，由专家小组讨论初步筛选指标，编制函询问卷，运用Delphi法进行2轮专家函询，对心脏介入护理敏感质量指标进行修正及确定。结果2轮函询专家积极系数为 100%与95.7%，权威系数为0.86与0.91，协调系数为0.214~0.361；构建的心脏介入护理敏感质量指标包含3个一级指标、7个二级指标、20个三级指标。结论 构建的护理敏感质量指标具有心脏介入专科特色，可以先经临床实践验证其在护理质量控制与评价中的作用，进而逐步实现有效的数据共享。

      【Abstract】Objective To construct sensitive, scientific, targeted nursing-sensitive quality indicators system of cardiac interventions and provide basis for evaluation and surveillance of nursing quality of cardiac interventions. Methods Based on 3-dimension quality construction theory, literature analysis and experts group discussion were adopted to preliminarily screen indexes and compile inquiry questionnaire. Two rounds of expert consultation were performed using Delphi technique, and nursing-sensitive quality indicators system of cardiac interventions was revised and finalized. Results Positive coefficients of two rounds of expert consultation were 100% and 95.7%. Authority coefficients were 0.86 and 0.91. And coordination coefficients were 0.214~0.361. The constructed nursing-sensitive quality indicators system of cardiac interventions included 3 first-class indicators, 7 second-class indicators and 20 third-class indicators. Conclusion The constructed nursing-sensitive quality indicators system of cardiac interventions has cardiac interventional characteristics. Its effects on nursing quality control and evaluation can be verified from clinical practices, and then effective data sharing can be gradually realized.
