      术后肺部并发症(Post-operative pulmonary complications,PCC)是心外科术后主要并发症之一。吸气肌训练作为呼吸康复的一项有效锻炼方法,被应用于心脏手术围术期患者来预防肺部并发症的发生。本文对心脏手术患者行吸气肌训练的相关研究进行综述,从吸气肌锻炼的机制、实施方法及效果评价等方面进行阐述。吸气肌训练对心脏手术患者的呼吸康复有积极作用,建议在心脏手术围术期,根据患者情况,规范实施吸气肌训练。
英文摘要:
      Abstract Postoperative Pulmonary Complications(PPC) are one of the main complications after cardiac surgery. Inspiratory Muscle Training(IMT)，as an effective exercise method for repiratory rehabilitation,has been applied in the perioperative period of cardiac surgery to prevent the PPC.The paper reviews the studies on inspiratory muscle training in patients after cardiac surgery, expounding the mechanism,implementation method and effect evaluation of IMT. During the perioperative period of cardiac surgery, it is suggested to standardize inspiratory muscle training on the basis of personalized assessment.
