      目的 探讨全病程管理模式在肺癌再化疗患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2018年1—10月收治于湖南省某三级甲等医院的呼吸内科行再次化疗肺癌住院患者100例作为研究对象。按照入院时间的先后顺序,将2018年1—5月收治的50例患者作为对照组,2018年6—10月收治的50名患者作为观察组。对照组按照常规肺癌化疗标准护理流程护理,观察组采用全病程管理模式护理,比较两组患者平均住院日、癌症照护满意度量表得分、患者出院满意度得分的情况。 结果 观察组平均住院日为(5.44±1.43)d ,而对照组平均住院日为(7.02±1.04)d,两组差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组癌症照护满意度为(68.14±19.27)分,对照组癌症照护满意度为(38.74±14.50)分,两组差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者出院满意度为97分(88.10%),而对照组为80分(72.70%),且两组差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 全病程管理模式可以缩短肺癌化疗患者平均住院日,提高癌症照护满意度和患者出院满意度,满足患者个性化和整体化的需求,值得临床推广应用。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the effect of the whole course management model in patients with lung cancer Re-chemotherapy. Methods 100 patients with lung cancer who were admitted to the hospital from January to October 2018 were divided into control group and observation group according to chronological order. 50 patients admitted to the first five months were divided into the control group.50 patients with the same chemotherapy regimen admitted from June to October were divided into observation group. The control group was treated according to the standard nursing procedure of lung cancer chemotherapy. The observation group was treated with the whole disease management mode. The difference between the average hospitalization day, the cancer care satisfaction scale score, and the patient discharge satisfaction of the two groups. Results The observation group was superior to the control group in the cancer care satisfaction scale and the patient discharge satisfaction score. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.01). The average hospitalization day of the observation group was lower than that of the control group. Learning significance (P<0.01). Conclusion The application of the whole course management model is an effective method to improve the patient's needs, meet the patient's individualized and integrated needs, and provide a reference for clinical practice.
