| 目的 自行制作一次性防渗出吸收型鼻垫，用于鼻科术后患者在鼻腔填塞期间或拔除填塞物后的吸收少量正常渗血的应用 方法 自制一次性防渗出吸收型鼻垫。选择2018年1月1日-2018年12月31日在上海某三甲医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科行鼻内镜下鼻腔手术的鼻窦炎，鼻息肉患者248例为研究对象，按照入院时间分为实验组和对照组各124例。实验组术后使用一次性防渗出吸收型鼻垫，对照组术后按鼻科术后渗血常规进行一般护理，比较两组术后患者鼻腔渗血观察及鼻腔渗血影响因素情况。 结果 实验组患者术后少量渗血均被鼻垫吸收，减少频繁擦拭渗血，枕套污染率低，夜间睡眠及活动、进食等舒适度情况均比对照组的效果好 结论 一次性防渗出型鼻垫制作简单，材料轻便，透气性好，佩戴舒适，减少鼻科术后患者因为少量正常渗血频繁擦拭，不敢下床活动并且影响睡眠及床单位清洁等问题，利于患者术后恢复。 |

| Abstract:
Objective:Self-made manufacture of disposable anti-exudation absorption nose pad is used to absorb a small amount of normal bleeding during nasal packing or after removal of the packing.
Methods: Self-made disposable anti-exudation absorption nose pad. From January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018, 248 patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps who underwent endoscopic sinus surgery in otolaryngology, head and neck surgery of a third-class hospital in Shanghai were selected as the subjects. They were divided into experimental group and control group with 124 cases in each group according to admission time. The experimental group was treated with disposable anti-exudation absorption nosel pad after operation, while the control group received general nursing according to the routine of bleeding after rhinology operation.Observation of nasal bleeding and influencing factors of nasal bleeding in patients.
Results:After operation, a small amount of bleeding in the experimental group was absorbed by the nose pad, which reduced frequent wiping and bleeding. The contamination rate of pillowcase was low. The comfort of eatings、moving and sleeping at night was better than that of the control group.
Conclusion: The disposable anti-exudation absorption nose pad is simple to make, light in material, good in air permeability and comfortable to wear. It can reduce the number of patients after rhinology surgery who dare not get out of bed because of a small amount of normal exudation and frequent wiping. It also affects the problems of sleep and bed unit cleaning, and is conducive to the recovery of patients after surgery. |
