| 目的：通过meta分析评价早期康复运动对ICU后综合征患者预后的影响。
方法：检索中英文数据库：维普、万方、知网、OVID、EMBASE、PubMed，检索早期康复运动对ICU患者预后影响的随机对照试验，根据Cochrane reviewers手册标准筛选文献、评价文献质量，使用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。
结果：本文纳入20篇RCT研究，样本量3908例，Meta结果显示，早期康复运动可以改善患者肌力（WMD=-2.71，95%CI：[-4.56，-0.85]，P<0.05），改善患者独立行走能力（OR=0.39，95%CI：[0.21，0.73]，P<0.05），减少ICU停留时间（WMD=0.97，95%CI：[0.23，1.7]，P<0.05），减少机械通气时间（WMD=1.21，95%CI：[0.84，1.58]，P＜0.05），减少住院时间（WMD=1.0，95%CI：[0.10，1.90]，P<0.05），而3个月的巴氏指数评分未见差异（WMD=0.42，95%CI：[-0.43，1.27]，P>0.05）。
结论：早期康复运动对危重症患者是安全的、有益的、可行的，可以明显改善ICU后综合征患者的预后，但对ICU后综合征患者中长期的影响仍需进一步证实。 |

| Objective: to evaluate the effect of early rehabilitation on prognosis of ICU patients with post-ICU syndrome by meta-analysis.
Methods: Chinese and English databases including vipsion, wanfen, cnki, OVID, EMBASE and PubMed were searched for randomized controlled trials of the influence of early rehabilitation on the prognosis of ICU patients. The reviewers were selected according to the Cochrane reviewers criteria, and the quality of the literatures was evaluated. Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan5.3 software.
Results: 20 RCT studies were included in this study, with a sample size of 3908 cases. Meta results showed that early rehabilitation could improve the muscle strength of patients （WMD=-2.71，95%CI：[-4.56，-0.85]，P<0.05）, improve the patients returned to walk（OR=0.39，95%CI：[0.21，0.73]，P<0.05）, and reduce length of ICU stay （WMD=0.97，95%CI：[0.23，1.7]，P<0.05）, and reduce mechanical ventilation time（WMD=1.21，95%CI：[0.84，1.58]，P＜0.05）, and reduce length of Hospital stay（WMD=1.0，95%CI：[0.10，1.90]，P<0.05）, while there was no difference in 3-month Barthel index score （WMD=0.42，95%CI：[-0.43，1.27]，P>0.05）.
Conclusion: early rehabilitation is safe, beneficial and feasible for critical ill patients, and can significantly improve on prognosis of ICU patients with post-ICU syndrome ,but its long-term impact on patients with post-ICU syndrome still needs to be further confirmed. |
