| 摘要：目的探讨持续正压专利留置针的持续正压功能装置结合独特生理盐水4步冲封管手法对于降低回血率及堵管率的效果观察和意义。方法2018年5月至2018年8月在心血管内科的进行留置静脉留置针的老年患者100人，所有同意入组的患者在进行留置针穿刺前按照盲法随机入组，分为研究组50例，对照组50例。对照组采用Y型密闭式防针刺伤静脉留置针+生理盐水冲封管，观察组采用持续正压专利留置针+生理盐水独特4步冲封管手法。比较两组留置针1天、2天、3天、4天时的回血、堵管。结果观察组第1天、第2天、第3天的回血率，第2、3、4天的堵管率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05或P<0.01）。结论持续正压专利留置针+生理盐水独特4步冲封管手法能够有效降低留置针的回血率及堵管率，延长留置针使用寿命。 |

| ABSTRACT
Objective To explore the effect of continuous positive pressure function device of new indwelling needle combined with unique 4-step flushing and sealing technique of physiological saline on reducing the incidence of blockage in elderly cardiovascular patients.
Methods From May 2018 to August 2018, there were 100 elderly patients who underwent intravenous indwelling needle in cardiovascular internal medicine department. All patients who agreed to be enrolled were randomly enrolled according to blind method before undergoing indwelling needle puncture. Folded paper sheets were prepared by random number table method. Patients were enrolled by drawing lots and divided into study group (n = 50) and control group (n = 50).The control group was treated with y-type closed needle-proof intravenous indwelling needle puncture +5ml normal saline flushing and sealing the catheter, and the observation group was treated with Continuous positive pressure patent indwelling needle + Unique 4-step flushing and sealing technique of physiological saline.The incidence of blood return, tube occlusion was compared between the two groups at 1, 2, 3 and 4 days.Statistics and comparison of the two groups of patients with nursing work satisfaction.
Results The blood return rate on day 1, day 2 and day 3, the plugging rate on day 2, 3 and 4were all significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05 or P<0.01).
Conclusion Continuous positive pressure patent indwelling needle [1] + normal saline 4-step flushing and sealing technique can effectively reduce the rate of blood return, blockage rate of the indwelling needle, extend the service life of the indwelling needle. |
