      日间手术是患者入院、手术、出院在24 h内完成的一种手术治疗模式。近年来日间手术呈现明显上升的势头，护理模式也随之改变。目前临床使用的图文传统宣教与护患交流模式已经不能满足日间病人的服务需求。本文通过搜集相关术前访视文献，浅谈现存术前访视的缺陷，通过利用微信平台等信息化技术来改进日间病人术前访视宣教的护理模式，并分析微信平台等信息化技术的不足之处，从而提高现有的术前护理质量。
英文摘要:
      Day surgery is a surgical treatment mode that is completed within 24 hours after admission, surgery, and discharge. In recent years, daytime surgery has shown a marked upward trend, and the care model has also changed. At present, the traditional graphic education and nurse-patient communication mode used in clinical practice can not meet the service needs of daytime patients. This article collects relevant pre-operative visit literature, discusses the shortcomings of pre-existing pre-operative visits, improves the nursing model of pre-operative visits and missions through the use of information technology such as WeChat platform, and analyzes information technology such as WeChat platform. Inadequacies, thereby improving the quality of existing preoperative care.
