| 【摘要】目的 探讨信息化输血系统在手术室的临床应用效果。方法 应用信息化管理手段实现手术患者血制品申请、领取、核对、输注、观察、交接、记录及归档等功能。结果 采用信息化输血系统可提高手术室输血效率和质量，手术室申请用血至血制品输注开始平均耗时由（19.48±3.25min）降至（13.14±1.60min），差异有统计学意义（t=11.105 ，P＜0.01）。输血前核对规范率由92.50%升至97.60%（X2=0.317，P＞0.05），差异无统计学意义。术后血制品交接规范率由77.50%升至95.23%，差异有统计学意义（X2=5.55，P＜0.05）。输血记录单书写正确率由52.50%升至97.62%（X2=22.616，P＜0.01），差异有统计学意义。结论 信息化输血系统可实现手术患者输血全流程记录，有效提高手术室血制品输注效率，提高血制品输注、观察及术后交接的依从性，提高输血记录单填写的正确率。确保各环节用血信息能够得到全面如实的追溯，保障输血安全。 |

| 【Abstract】Objective To explore the clinical effect of information transfusion system in operating room. Methods The application of information management method was used to realize the functions of application、collection、verification、infusion、observation、transfer、record and archiving of blood products. Results The use of information transfusion system could improve the efficiency and quality of transfusion in operating room. The average time from applying for blood to blood product infusion in the operating room was reduced from(19.48±3.25min) to (13.14±1.60min),the difference was statistically significant(t=11.105, P＜0.01).The rate of pre-transfusion check criteria increased from 92.50% to 97.60 %（X2=0.317，P＞0.05）, but the difference was not statistically significant. The correct rate of blood product handover after surgery increased from 77.50% to 95.23%, and the difference was statistically significant（X2=5.55，P＜0.05）.The correct rate of blood transfusion records increased from 52.50% to 97.62%( X2=22.616，P＜0.01), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The information transfusion system can record the whole blood transfusion process of patients undergoing surgery；improve the efficiency of transfusion of blood products in operating room effectively；increase compliance with infusion, observation and post-operative handover of blood products；improve the accuracy of blood transfusion record forms；ensure that blood information used in all links can be fully and faithfully traced to ensure the safety of blood transfusion. |
