      目的 探讨微信群联合品管圈降低老年患者肝胆术后静脉留置针非计划拔管的效果。 方法 对住院并使用静脉留置针的208例老年患者开展微信群联合品管圈进行干预，235例老年患者常规对照，确定活动主题后，调查导致静脉留置针非计划拔管原因。 结果 通过微信群联合品管圈干预组非计划拔管率6.73%明显低于对照组的22.98%，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)，其中以药物渗出、导管堵塞、导管脱出、静脉炎和滴入不畅为非计划拔管的主要原因，同时平均住院日和住院费用也明显降低(P < 0.05)。 结论 微信群联合品管圈能明显降低老年患者肝胆术后静脉留置针非计划拔管，值得临床推广。
英文摘要:
      Objective：To explore the effect of quality control circle combined with Wechat Group on reducing unplanned extubation of venous indwelling needle in elderly patients after hepatobiliary surgery. Methods：208 elderly patients who were hospitalized and used venous indwelling needles were intervened by quality control circle combined with Weixin group. 235 elderly patients were given routine control. After determining the activity theme, the causes of unplanned extubation of venous indwelling needles were investigated. Results：The unplanned extubation rate of QCC combined with Wechat Group intervention group was 6.73% lower than that of control group (22.98%), The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The main causes of unplanned extubation were drug exudation, catheter blockage, catheter prolapse, phlebitis and drip failure. Meanwhile, the average hospitalization days and hospitalization expenses were also obviously decreased (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Quality control circle combined with Weixin group can significantly reduce the unplanned extubation of venous indwelling needle in elderly patients after hepatobiliary surgery, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
