      目的 评估思维导图式健康教育对老年冠心病患者健康行为及治疗的效果。 方法 选取2018年4月至2018年10月到我院进行治疗的老年冠心病患者90例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例,对照组给予常规模式护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予思维导图式健康教育模式,比较两组患者干预后健康行为和治疗效果。 结果 思维导图式健康教育干预后,观察组患者在压力调解、人际关系、心理健康、营养、躯体活动及健康责任感的指标得分,以及总分评分分数显著高于对照组(t总=11.35,P<0.05);比较两组患者干预后治疗效果,观察组患者总有效率为93.3%(42/45),明显高于对照组的75.6% (34/45),差异具有统计学意义(t=5.414,P<0.05)。 结论 思维导图式健康教育能很好的帮助老年冠心病患者学习冠心病自身护理相关知识,有效提高自身健康行为,进而提高冠心病治疗效果。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate the effect of mindmap health education on healthy behaviors and treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Totally 90 elderly patients with coronary heart disease from our hospital during June 2018 to December 2018 were enrolled in this study. 45 and 45 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group respectively. The control group was given routine nursing care,the observation group was given additional mental-schematic health education. Health behaviors and therapeutic effects of intervention were compared between groups. Results After 3 months’ intervention, observation group showed significant higher score in stress regulating, interpersonal relationship, mental health, nutrition, physical activity and health responsibility and total score compare to control group (t = 11.35, P < 0.05); total effective rate in observation group (93.3%, 42/45) is significant higher compare to control group (75.6%, 34/45) (t=5.414, P < 0.05). Conclusion Mental-schematic health education can help elderly patients with coronary heart disease learn relevant knowledge of coronary heart disease self-care, effectively improve their health behavior, and further improved the treatment efficacy.
